  Unfortunately I ordered a vibrant yellow sheet but received a lemon one. Seller states it's a mix up with supplier? If you order a yellow sheet you will definitely receive a lemon one so I'd suggest to try elsewhere. Offered a full refund on completion of return at my own cost so decided to hand it to a local charity to save all the hassle. Although it's the wrong item advertised it still has not been changed?

  Brilliant seller very understanding they waited a day until funds were in bank to pay for item. Only took 2 day to arrive from purchase. Excellent condition and great price. I'm very very pleased with my purchase can't thank them enough 😊

  the cooker is good quality but my case arrived damaged. The customer service contacted me the same day, I had an agreed refund back in my bank the next day. that is good customer service by any standards. A pleasure to purchase from them.

  EXCELLENT SELLER ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unfortunately Royal Mail have LOST this item in transit. Not the Sellers fault at all, as the blame is soley on Royal Mail. Seller was quick to communicate and resolved the issue satisfactory by issuing a Refund... Many Thanks 😊

  Received item with packaging not wrapped well so bashed and broken. Contacted seller who asked that I return by Royal Mail 2nd class. I received refund promptly but not the postage which cost £3.90. Did send copy of postage receipt but request has been ignored. I am £3:90 out of pocket.

  Great service, securely packaged, quick delivery. Had to get a refund for sizing reasons & the Seller responded & dealt with things quickly & was very helpful in cutting through both e-Bay and Post Office red tape regarding return post charge. 100% satisfied :-)
