  Item was defective and missing accessories. I reported the issues and sent photos showing the projector powered on with a defective image. Seller requested I return it, which I did in the original packaging exactly as received. After return, the seller claimed the projector was broken and only issued a partial refund. I had to get eBay involved to secure a full refund. Very disappointing experience—buyers beware.
