  Great seller. Item was good value, well package for delivery and as described. Only negative is there is I bought 2 of the same stands and there is a slight difference in height between the 2. Not enough to make me return but may annoy some people.

  Seller initially sent wrong item - totally understandable at such a busy time of year. However they responded quickly to my messages, resolved the matter and promptly sent out the correct replacement in enough time for me to be able to give it as a gift this weekend.   All good - apart from choice of courier! DHL seems to be one of the 'Drop and Run' brigade with no thought for the receiver. A delivery email is not good enough because in our case emails are not seen until our laptop is used sometime in the evening. Just left in wet conditions on the open step. No attempt to use the bell or doorknocker. Fortunately well wrapped by the sender - thank you to them for their sales response making the purchase itself a good experience.
