My only concern is that the packaging was in a very poor state (it has clearly been opened before and re-sealed) with one end partly open. Luckily nothing seems to be missing. I’ve left separate feedback about Evri delivery who left the parcel on the step but didn’t ring the doorbell to let us know it was there.

The price is very competitive and matches well against similar products on eBay and is far cheaper than similar products on Amazon. The package was damaged but the item was fine (shame on you Royal Mail!). I found the communication with the company a bit flaky probably due to them not having English as first language. Overall a great experience - thank you!

The customer service is really good, really nice people and they answer promptly and try really hard to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I really recommend them
