  Part was incorrect. Quality was poor, and the promised "easy returns" was worthless. After return request was placed, seller ghosted me and closed the request, with no appeal and no explanation. Never provided address or instructions for shipping the part back. I have a useless part and he has my money. There is still time to work this out but communication and cooperation are required. Seller can make this right and I will change my feedback if properly resolved.

  We repeatedly requested that you provide your engine number to verify your order, but you did not respond. We had no choice but to cancel your order. You then placed a new order and signed a declaration accepting full responsibility and agreeing not to return the item under any circumstances. After receiving and installing the unit, you found that it did not fit and requested a return, citing “doesn’t fit” as the reason. eBay canceled your return based on the previous commitment you made.
