  A mistake a purchase and a return with a professional and cherishable conclusion. Engeika, a fountainpen dealer, has provided me with unforgettably generous service and understanding . When the actual pen arrived (which was very fast may i add) it came in gentle packaging exactly as described. Of which, was of a splendid value. But it turned out, besides the flawlessly priced product, it’s nib was broken. A refund was given quickly+ with a future discount on my next purchase. Thank you Engeika.

  Although the package was shipped 4 days after purchase, eBay and I weren’t provided the tracking number until 4 days later meaning there was a full week with no communication. Not even an acknowledgment of the initial purchase. The item itself arrived in good condition and appears to be”new” as stated.
