  The transaction was very good overall. Although there was an issue with the unit (outside of the seller’s control), the seller handled the situation professionally, offered a price reduction, and kept clear and helpful communication throughout. I am satisfied and would buy from this seller again.

  Item described as “working flawlessly” but unusable without a specialist charger (not disclosed). Seller refused responsibility, saying it matched photos. I contacted eBay who arranged full refund + return label; item carefully packaged and documented with *photos. Seller made incomplete refund, (claiming not returned in it’s original condition). I contacted ebay, with *photos. Seller then made full refund. Seller trades as “ene-medical-limited” , but I could not find this on companies house.

  Customer was sent a working item as listed. They demanded a charger as they presumed it was included. He was refuted and refused as it was not listed or pictured with one. He was informed this return will incur charges to cover my cost and time of relisting it again. Item was returned and part refunded as informed. Customer proceeded to leave these defamatory and vindictive statements. If every customer returned item for failure to get extras, traders will be bankrupt.** Please have a look
