I asked a 50% partial money refund, but the seller did not accept my request. I opened an eBay claim, but eBay required me the send back the item for a full money refund, but such solution would force me to waste the Custom duties (58,31 Euro) that I paid for the overseas transaction (outside EU) and that cannot be refunded in any case. However, I’m unable to issue partial refunds outside of eBay, as that violates platform rules designed to protect both buyers and sellers.I understand international customs fees can be frustrating, but those are set by your country and are unfortunately out of my control. I truly wish we could have reached a resolution.
