  The seller was excellent in this failed transaction. They quickly reacted when Evri (the courier) stated there were delays and no approximate time could be given for their safe delivery. I am an above the knee amputee who cannot access everywhere in my w/chair, so a working set of crutches are essential to my needs. The new replacement parts I ordered are critical to my health and safety. I was badly let down by Evri, but the seller was quick to issue a refund so I could purchase them elsewhere.

  I ordered these for my elderly parents, unfortunately they did not arrive in the time stated so I contacted the seller who was very helpful and sent a replacement, he said if the originals arrive to keep them as a gesture of good will.

  Arrived in perfect condition. But didn't perform as required, had to remove as nail punctured the surface the glide. Although this happened, the Seller was very understanding, and resolved the issue promptly, would recommend this Seller.
