  The seller was excellent in this failed transaction. They quickly reacted when Evri (the courier) stated there were delays and no approximate time could be given for their safe delivery. I am an above the knee amputee who cannot access everywhere in my w/chair, so a working set of crutches are essential to my needs. The new replacement parts I ordered are critical to my health and safety. I was badly let down by Evri, but the seller was quick to issue a refund so I could purchase them elsewhere.
