Emmaus Oxford gives homeless people accommodation and meaningful work. We run a small community which houses 28 people who have been homeless. We call these people companions. We ask companions to volunteer with us for 28 hours a week. Most choose to work in our social enterprise. We run a store which specialises in selling second-hand furniture and white goods.
