  Item is great, delivery was fast and well packaged protecting the glass of the item. This all deserves a 5 star rating. But as far as communication, 1 star because i asked a question about internals and keys prior to purchase and heard nothing back from seller. I decided to buy because they made an offer discounting a couple of bucks from original price and I figured I can always return since seller accepts returns, but very disappointed I couldnt get an answer to a simple question.

  I was blown away with this purchase!!! Package arrived on time, the vacuum and attachment kit was well packed. When I opened the box the vacuum was in the vacuum had never been used. I am so thrilled to have this. I had anticipated a used machine since description didn't say. This was so much better. Attachment kit also unused. Exceptional value. I am unbelievably happy. I whole heartedly recommend this seller. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience.

  The best seller, ever! At their time and expense - They said ; "Good morning. I sent out your ship the other day and forgot completely about the blueprints. I didn’t even have them in the photos. So they are being sent out today via FedEx. Tracking number should be available on the order page. Sorry I forgot them." Out of my 803 purchases in 9 years off E-bay this is the best seller, ever, satisfied plus. Thank you. Starting the re"model", a refit. The photo is from under the cabin.

  Communication was key - with some shipping snafus on the part of USPS, the minifig was delayed. Seller kept up with the problem and did all the legwork to get the situation resolved. This is on top of a great product as described and a great price. What a wonderful seller.
