  The pair of shoes received were exactly as described and pictured, barely used. The package arrived quickly. Unfortunately, through no fault of the seller, I found that the pair were one to two sizes larger than marked by the manufacturer. Therefore, I contacted the seller regarding returning them. The seller graciously accepted and refunded my purchase in full. I would absolutely buy from this seller again, thank you!

  Shipping was pretty quick, packaging was sealed nicely. Product is actually lighter than as pictured but I'm actually happy about that because I preferred a lighter color anyway. Saved me a good $24 instead of buying from Skims.com and it has the tag on it. Love it! Had a cute thank you note attached as well. Only minor complaint - there were 2 stains close together which seemed like oil or something. I rubbed it off and it's mostly gone, it'll definitely fully come out in wash. WIll be back!! 3

When I asked regarding size & fit, answers werent just ‘see size guide’ This person was a real person & gave me human advice which was exactly what I needed ~1000% why I paid so much for a pre-owned when I could have gotten an amazing price on a new one given it was 10 days before Christmas @ purchase. Great customer service/human touch. Also, clean w/no mold odor & that never ever ever happens with eBay- I constantly receive items that smell unclean
