  It was very well packaged with a lot of bubble wrap and a big box. But I purchased this May 30 and it didn’t arrive until June 24. First tracking available was June tent. So from June 10 to June 24, 14 days. But between May 30 and June 10 don’t know what happened. Item was as described. Better condition than described. Very satisfied with purchase. Very happy with the item only disappointment was shipping time. Good value for the price. Bissell spot cleaner for parts.

  The communication and the service after the sale are what makes this a great seller. It's easy for sellers to be great when everything goes perfectly, but when it all goes sideways (especially when it's not their fault), that's when you find out if you have a good seller or not.
