  I was disappointed when I received the wrong product from what I ordered and notified the seller. The seller immediately responded offering a partial refund instead of my sending the product back. I declined the offer and within 24 hours the seller contacted me again and said in investigating their inventory found its supplier had provided the wrong products. I was then offered a 100% refund and told to keep what I received due to the inconvenience. A reputable seller on EBay to trust

  Your shipper slung the package resulting in damaged. See attached pictures of the package being thrown on the ground. If you continue to use them you need to bubble wrap your products. I sent an email with images to "GOFO Express" your shipper, telling them they need to be aware that carless handling will result in a poor reputation. The carving frog has a crack due to their negligence. Caught live on the ring cam. I really liked the frog, Could you please send me another. Regards, Doug

  One of the 4 adapters in the package appears to have been damaged in shipping. Not their fault. What was amazing was their level of customer service. Quick response to the issue and which was addressed professionally and satisfactorily. I was so impressed with them I added vendor to my favorites and I already order another set of these adapters.

  The item arrived in good condition 10 days after it was ordered and works perfectly. US Elogistics Service Corp is a terrible supplier and the package tracking is totally worthless. It should have arrived in 5-8 days as promised but it took 10 days and tracking just said it was in transit, no location given until it finally showed up today.
