  Outstanding customer service and communication. Very good at answering questions. Excellent shipping time. Very fair price. I like the fact that it is warranted since it was an open box item in case I should have a problem with it in the future. I highly recommend the seller.

  New as described, correct item received, packaging could have been more protective (lightweight box). Shipping was late - sat in status of USPS waiting for it from shipper for almost a week, and it ended up actually shipping after the stated delivery window was over.

  Received this battery for my vacuum quickly! Very pleased with this transaction. smooth, quick response. Correct "New "battery for the unit I have. These batteries are a bit pricy and this was a fair price when i shopped around. I recommend this seller and would purchase from then again.
