  Although the package and the item appear to be in really good condition, the fact is, the serial numbers do not match the box and item, which indicates to me, they are not new as described. The part that upsets me the most is the fact that the seller did not respond to multiple questions about this. Ample time was given for a response.

  The item was advertised was brand new in the box. It was in the box but covered in dirt, dust, and stains and was obviously used. The only reason I am rating this item five stars is solely for the item and I want to order more for my family, but I am disappointed that the seller never responded to my messages neither did he update his description or do anything to make this right.
