  Initially I received the wrong remote from the seller.But after contacting the seller they turned a bad experience into a great outcome. They apologized for the mix up and immediately sent out the correct remote. I returned the incorrect remote with the self addressed package envelope. I am very happy with the professional conduct with this seller.

  Seller shipped wrong parts but as soon as I contacted him/her about it, replacements were sent out ASAP. They were apologetic about the situation but I have no worries, because mistakes can happen (we human). Giving it a positive review because seller made it right very fast. Would definitely buy from again.

  Great communication from seller, fast shipping, well packaged. Only issue was a row of pins on one of the chips had bent pins. Surprised this was the case as the packaging was good and no damage suggesting the bent pins existed prior to packaging. Overall positive experience and I would do business with this seller in the future.
