  Item delivered was not what was advertised/described/pictured, and what was delivered arrived broken. Contacted the seller who confirmed they shipped the wrong thing, and they did not have what was listed. They told me not to return the bulbs and said they would issue a refund. After a week of waiting, the seller stopped communicating (never issued the refund). I had to go through ebay Customer Service to get the refund issued successfully.
