  First of all the product arrives on time, secondly the product was well packaged, even if the delivery guy handled it roughly, it would not get damaged. The technician guy got it installed in minutes, then he ran in a little bit of issue as the code in the book didn't work, but I reached out to the seller and he responded immediately and we got it to work, the screen looks and works so good, even my son who has a 2025 M3 was impressed. The seller, I definitely will be buying from them again.

  Great item. There was a slight issue with communication. And the time difference. Very helpful, always trying to find a solution but there was a language barrier. The product came new and as described. I am very happy with it. I would highly recommend this seller. But if you do have any issues, it'll take time and patience. But this seller is always trying to help. A credit to ebay!!! A+++++

  The unit looks exactly as pictured, it arrived complete with all installation items. I did have to contact the seller and send photos of the install and they quickly responded with the wire fix. Really fast service. Will shop there again.
