  This seller is absolutely amazing. He built a beautiful shipping box and unfortunately, when it was received the tip of the ear was broken off inside the box. He asked me to send it back and when he received it, the back of the foot was shattered, and there was a hairline crack in the leg. I asked him what we should do and he said I’m going to throw it away and refund all of your money. First class seller!

  Packaging was significantly damaged, but that was as described. The shipping was a little pricey, but pretty fast. Price was good, even with the shipping cost. Haven't had time to install yet, but everything appears to be included, undamaged and unused.
