  Shipping was delayed due to item being shipped via Surepost (aka USPostalService)/UPS instead of using just a straight UPS service, so there was a delay. It took about 9 days to travel from Missouri to Connecticut. Seller did not reach out to let me know but there was no rush, so I wasn't concerned but be aware if it seems your item is taking a bit longer to arrive, check your tracking. Other than that, transaction was straightforward, item was exactly as described and I'm very happy.

  This item was damaged in shipping, however EKI Asset Management was on top of this and promptly sent out a new brush. It is hard to find good service like I received. I will do business with them in the future. Fast shipping and a good quality item, at a very reasonable price too!
