  The purchase process was worry-free, and the item arrived exactly as described and expected. I'm very pleased with my purchase! The only minor suggestion I have is regarding packaging. While everything arrived safely this time, a box instead of a packaging pouch would offer better protection during long transit to prevent potential damage in the future.   Unfortunately the box arrived torn open, empty. USPS stamped it "Received Without Contents". I contacted the seller. I requested a refund. Boom, immediately refunded. Stellar customer service. Very pleased with the company's care of customer.

  *Been on eBay since 1998 and have never posted or received ANY negative feedback- EVER - until now. Seller sent WRONG ITEM. Advertised as "Vol. 1 &2" (should have been discs 1,2,3,4) but sent Vol. 8 (discs 15 & 16) which I already have. Contacted seller (through eBay) to report problem March 7 - received no reply. Then re-contacted (through eBay) March 23 and again received no reply. Instead of making things right for their mistake- seller has ignored me & caused me financial loss. Beware.
