  Item as described. There was an issue with the item missing a piece and the seller immediately addressed my concerns and shipped the missing part. They had great communication and customer service. The product works really well (I'm using it to grind up compost from my home compost tumbler). Great purchase!

  I haven't used it yet, as we purchased it thinking we could use it to grind grapes before pressing them. WRONG. And, even though the user manual shows that there is (or used to be, perhaps?) A grape grinding wheel, we can't find it for sale anywhere on their website. We've emailed and called during west coast business hours and have never received a response. But it DOES appear to be solidly built and will last for a long time. Just wish they communicated better with customers.
