  The collar came fast and well packaged. Unfortunately the darn thing didn't work. I wrote to the seller, who responded quickly, and immediately refunded my money. Excellent customer service. Therefore I highly recommend this seller and I will without hesitation buy from here again.

  Seller is very dishonest. Listed AIRCAT impact as New Open Box. On arrival the impact had significant signs of use AND damage. Obvious bangs from concrete, retaining ring worn down and didn't hold sockets, gun was FILTHY covering your hands with garage grime, and it was loose overall. The seller did not even pack/protect the retail box, just taped on it, the impact was not packaged/padded inside either. Box became damaged. Seller also slow to ship and super arrogant when asking nicely. AVOID

  The item arrived safely & on time in its existing packaging as per the order the buyer placed. Clear photos were in the listing for the buyer to see. Our error was listing the item as New Other instead of Used. We have over 5,000 successful ebay transactions in 8 years. Mistakes sometimes happen and certainly aren't intentional. We provided a return label & full refund once we received the return. We are not sure why the buyer is being so emotional & dramatic.

  The seller reply is also dishonest; the same item is relisted as 326686026716 and states it is tested, but they are hiding the socket clip being broken which they know about. In the original listing they also did NOT write about any damage like marks from concrete drops and photos were from angles hiding damage. So it was not just the option selection issue. Seller did not agree to a partial refund to save us time, and now we don't have an impact hurting business. INCONSIDERATE, DISHONEST
