Customer service was solid before payment but dropped off after; my tracking questions went unanswered. Thought the blower and repair kit were missing, but they arrived separately. The vendor was really accommodating and understanding. He replied quickly to all my messages and assisted me with the return, even though it was at my expense as stated on his page and which I knew it would be. He refunded me in full and I'm grateful for his cooperation. I would definitely do business with them again.
