  Good communication. They where very responsive even though there in a different time zone. Highly recommend if you just want smooth service. Was exactly as described. Value wise I could not find a better price. I mean I could but there were not trust worthy. The package was actually pretty good. This item is almost 100lbs I was actually expecting the box to be broken as usual items this heavy. Surprisingly it was ok and intact. Shipping was quick and no issue. Overall I’ll probably order again

  I had paid for this item and when it arrived the package was sealed but the rubber gasket was not inserted inside the cap so the cap would not lock in its place. I contacted this seller and the seller issued me the refund plus shipped me another one at no charge and I contact the seller to pay for the second item that I received and the seller would not accept my money. This is I call a world call customer experience. Thank you ehome-01

  OUTSTANDING seller. It was my mistake and not paid attention at the photos ending up with a black unit. I needed a gray one as I have an older model truck and they still used grey then. I asked the seller if they have a grey unit. Because they do not, they offered to refund the item. It WAS NOT their fault, it was mine. I ended up installing it as is and the color is barely noticeable so in the end I fixed my broken switch. HIGHLY recommended seller, fast shipping, great experience.
