  Royal Mail said they delivered this item when they hadn't. The response from the seller couldn't have been more impressive. They immediately sent a replacement which arrived the next day. The item was exactly as I expected and is of very good quality. I cannot praise this seller highly enough. Thank you

  The item received was absolutely as described, at a good price. This purchase was great because a problem with delivery was sorted by the supplier right away, no messing, no quibbling, the supplier just sorted it. A member of their staff (Katie?) genuinely provided top customer service - no anonymous on-line business this, it's personal.

  This company are crooks, they take payment and then make out goods were delivered , then they admit there was a mistake and then refuse to refund monies taken under false pretence. as they advertized goods they did not have, and at double the price being sold elsewere i have since found out? and Ebay are are also as bad as they have failed to look into the issues raised.
