    An absolute pleasure to deal with. Great communication and incredibly fast international shipping from Spain to NY state, USA. So fast and efficient that this item beat the companion P pickup from a US vendor three states away (a literal 6-7 hour drive) by two days and that was with a delay on this item in Germany for mechanical issues! Just fantastic. Genuine item, as correctly listed, new and works perfectly. Thank you.

    The item took weeks to arrive. Item was then returned and eBay had to step in and refund. The seller is also dishonest so beware! He didn't want to accept the item back and lied about item details.

    This buyer returned it because arrived late (do the return wrong and had to pay custom taxes because that). But the bridge was opened and the protection sheet between plate and saddles removed (why you remove it if you don´t want use it? And then returned it without plastic protection. Now because that, i have a marked plate bridge. I have unboxing videos ;) Made a claim and blocked. Don´t trust this guy.
