  I ordered two bows, and the seller rang me to make sure that the bows I ordered were the correct length and poundage. Extremely helpful and honest seller with great communication skills. The bows arrived next day, and after setting them up and calibrating, are a great purchase at a decent price. 10/10 seller, would recommend.

  Items as described, and delivered ... eventually (no thanks to UPS). Original shipment went missing and order had to be resent. Great communication with Hugh and no quibbles over having to send out again. Despite the delay this time, will happily use this shop again!

  Bow kit arrived today packed securely for transit so all came out of box in A1 brand new condition - for the price, i cannot fault the quality and fit of this great looking package and if it performs half as well as its image suggests i will be one happy man.   Slight issue with original order as one clip was too loose, and impossible to spot until used, but the seller bent over backwards to remedy and swiftly sent a replacement, which was good quality and in perfect order. Excellent customer services, and superb communications - not everyone tries to make things right, so bravo Egertec! Would happily buy from them again.
