  Although I received a defective pair of speakers, the company I purchased from was very responsive and immediately resolved my issue. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was a real human located in Arkansas which was refreshing and he was very polite and empathetic. Price was good and quick shipping on my replacement.   These speakers are fantastic. I received them quickly and the packaging was superb. I did have an issue with one of them but the customer service team went above and beyond to quickly answer messages and send me a replacement part, and when that didn't solve the problem, they sent a whole new speaker. They look brand new and sound great, while not breaking the bank like a new set would! 10/10 would purchase again.

  Literally everything about this transaction exceeded my expectations. First off the price is incredible for what is a flawless set of headphones in their original packaging. The shipping went out immediately upon the payment being rendered, was well packed, and did not take that long to travel cross-country. These headphones are exactly what I was looking for and I just tried them out and they sound incredible!! I would definitely buy from this seller again A++. Thank you!!!

  I ordered it on a Tuesday, it shipped the same day, and got to my place by Thursday. That was unexpectedly fast and awesome! The listing said it was in an open box, so I came in looking for defects. I couldn't find so much as a scratch on these things! All of the original cables came in the box which is great to have. This is a very high quality speaker, and my short 2 hours of listening have me very satisfied and looking forward to hear more. You wont find these at a better price!

  Speakers arrived with a broken amplifier, but seller was quick to honor the warranty and offer a replacement. Dealing with the manufacturer was a headache, but that was no fault of the seller. In fact, I appreciate the fact that the seller acted as intermediary between me and Klipsch because otherwise I don't think Klipsch would have been willing to help. Great seller experience, terrible Klipsch experience.
