  I'm giving this seller 5 stars for honesty and promptly resolving a problem not of their doing. Item was shipped promptly but never arrived even though USPS stated it was in my mailbox. Doesn't happen often but occasionally does every so often. They obviously delivered to the wrong address. I get other people mail every 3 month or so. It happens. Communication was prompt and a refund was issued immediately afterward. Can't do better than that. Thanks.

  This seller is amazing. Granted, I only ordered an inexpensive change purse but I assumed there was a problem in delivery and I didn't receive it. Seller took the initiative and offered to resend another. Guess what? The original arrived today and it was not late or lost. This is integrity as a Seller. Much respect. You will not go wrong purchasing anything with them and they respond to questions asap. 👍

  Arrived broken so I messaged EEZwatch band. They replied right away saying they sent a replacement. I received it within a couple days. I broke it when pulling it from the package so BE CAREFUL taking it out the box!! Mine was glued in at the bottom only, which made it bend.

  This company is awesome they sent me the wrong thing in my order and when I contacted them they sent the correct thing and didn’t charge me for the wrong item and let me keep it no questions asked extremely easy to work it thank you very much I will definitely order from them again
