  I purchased this item from the seller. I received the item and was not happy with the item and the shipping cost. I received 1 seed delivered in a regular size envelope in the mail. The seller charged me almost 5 dollars for shipping. When I attempted to return the item my refund was $1.32. The seller charged me almost 5 dollars to return it. Not happy can you help?
