  Shipping cost is reasonable. Packaging would have been ideal if the box is a bit bigger avoiding a gap on top. The item was perfectly wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap. I wouldn’t call it entire secured but it got here in one (and not broken) pieces. Item is as described. And overall, I received the value I was expecting. Thank you.

  Although the product was lost by USPS, Edith was very communicative with me and was quick to offer a refund. She responded to my messages promptly and politely. I am sad that the earrings were lost in the mail, but I think she’s a great seller and I would be willing to buy again from her in the future based on this experience.
