  Seller delivered quickly at a good price, and they look good,.. Here comes the caution bit.. But it is only a caution if you are as silly as me lol.. I saw the lengths of the wood on the picture and they looked great, So I purchased them without checking the length, just assuming it would be as shown in the picture.. The box arrived a couple of days after ordering and I realised my mistake straight away. Thankfully I have small jobs to do as well. MY fault not the sellers. Great seller.

  Outstanding service From ordering to Delivery.A Very satisfied customer..Communication was excellent throughout,Though a couple pieces are slightly poorer quality,however they are reclaimed pallet boards and to be expected,that is not a problem for me.Product arrived earlier than scheduled and packaged brilliantly and great value for money.Again Outstanding service thank you so very much Kind Regards John

  Initially, my order arrived with a noticeable shortfall, which was frustrating — but to the seller’s credit, after a bit of back and forth, they responded professionally and took responsibility. The missing boards were sent out very quickly and arrived without issues. The boards themselves look great — really happy with the final result. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they’re handled — and in this case, the seller made it right

  There was a small problem with the delivery provided chosen to the point they refused to they claimed they couldn't get to me but spite that small problem it came 5 days later and it was exactly good quality wood. I enjoyed the item and well 90% of the service provided that i for one will keep this seller in mind for future wood stuff i may need. :)
