  Shipping was fast but the packaging could be better, there were some damages to the produc's box, nothing was broken so I accept the package regardless. The AMP was an awesome upgrade to my G42 M240i, would highly recommend this seller for his communication with me.

  Seller took the time to discuss different DSP options and answer all my questions prior to my purchase. The amplifier and Director arrived on time and as advertised. I’ve yet to install my new gear so can’t comment as to the performance and functionality but given this seller’s reputation, I’m more than confident the DSP amplifier and Director remote will perform just fine when I finally have the time to install the gear.   Great to deal with. Part got sent out very quickly. The only issue i had was me putting in the wrong address. I messaged the seller and they said when it comes back they won't charge me for shipping it again. You don't get that kind of help these days. Will use this seller for everything i can. Thanks
