  Even though one of the components I ordered turned out not to be working (the other part did work), I still feel it was a five star experience with the seller and would buy from them with confidence again. The item was shipped quickly and well-packaged. When I reached out about one of the pieces not working, the seller offered a replacement, and when I decided not to replace it - they refunded me the price of the part without any delays. Order from them with confidence.

  I thank the seller and thank him for his cooperation and solving everything necessary in managing the sale, return and exchange. He is an excellent seller. I was a bit in a hurry because I will leave the country for a few weeks and I do not want to leave and have the mail remain suspended until I return to my country because it is not in my interest for the shipment to remain in the mail so that it is not returned.   Well, in the end I spoke with the owner and he is a very responsible person. I regret the inconvenience and, ps. It is unfortunate that the delay by USPS made me rate a bad comment, but here I take back what I said before. We have already solved everything. I received the money back, and ps. Unfortunately, I did not receive the order, but they returned the money, so 100 percent you can purchase your products, you will not have any loss anywhere.

  Buyer ordered on veterans day weekend, I contacted the buyer because they kept messaging me to ship item on a day where there is no post. Shipped the item on time , item is still in transit. Just really wish buyers were more patient and understanding about things that us small business owners are not in control of. I communicated with buyer every step of the way, and was clear about everything. Very undeserving negative feedback, the complaint should be with USPS not my company.
