  Needed this case with ALL INSERTS buyer sent it missing an insert which is expensive and rare to find on its own, I sent them pictures of the package with the missing insert and asked numerous times to let me know and the buyer completely ignored my messages. I absolutely understand if the buyer misplaced it or forgot it but not responding to my messages numerous times doesn't help me at all. (Missing Victini insert) listing photos CLEARLY SHOW IT.

  The item is perfect. The shipping was not. It took a long time for the price I paid. Custom fees (which are out of control of the seller) where high as much. DHL should be avoided for any shipping in Canada, for the sake of good business 🇨🇦 🇺🇸
