  This transaction was completed; an earlier one with the same seller was a disaster, though. That item hadn't been received, and when I checked on it using the tracking code provided by the seller, I saw that it had been sent to an address in London, not to me in the United States. Furthermore, my inquiries with the seller were all ignored -- including one where I raised an allegation of fraud. A complaint with eBay has been filed and is being investigated.
