  First one didn’t work. Hope this one does! Still awaiting a refund for the first one. Was professionally installed and customer service has be not so great in returning calls and emails. Still awaiting a shipping label for the first monitor

  About 200 of these units were sold and only you had an issue with installation on a BRAND NEW, manufacturer sealed LCD monitor that called for professional installation instead of a DIY project.First, check on your existing RV electrical wiring and compatibility of the camera. What you bought is only the LCD Monitor and NOT the entire RV Backup Camera Systems..

  Very dishonest and unprofessional buyer. Tried to return a $5 video cable bought from another seller. When asked for a picture of what was sent versus what was received, he lifted a photo from our eBay store. Reported you to eBay for presenting yourself as a scammer.

  More incorrect information from a seller who clearly has issues with accepting the fact that he ships out junk! Poor communication and delayed service. Save your money and don’t buy from this seller. You will thank me later.

  The kit arrived on time and seemingly in good condition, however when tested and attempting to install the kit, the system did not function or power on. Further communications led to a refund. I cannot give a good review here, but it may have just been a bit of bad luck...

  With more than 200 of these units sold with zero returns and no issues / complaints, I would first check on the existing wiring of your RV for faults as that could be the root cause. These are NEW Color Monitor Systems, manufacturer sealed and have worked for everyone else except you. In any case, FULL refund was issued.
