  Upon initially receiving the wrong item the seller was quick to get in touch with and rectify the issue and send the correct item. As well as issued a refund to cover the cost of postage. Product came unopened and undamaged, the fan works fine and the other functions as well

  Exactly as described and arrived very quickly with great Comms. Agreed an excellent price via bidding and works brilliantly. Shipping could possibly have been cheaper but still a great seller.

  After a couple of days I politely asked the seller when they would post. They eventually answered stating the item I purchased was a different make, so they hadn't posted?...why not let me know ??? When I asked again they said they would post the next day and also send pics of the 'similar' item. No pics, no reply to my request to cancel so I don't know what they are sending!VERY POOR EBAY EXPERIENCE!

  When buyer told item was very similar but with a different brand name, they said 'they appear to be pretty much the same' I assumed they had seen a pic as how would you otherwise have known this? I then sent pic. Buyer did not say 'I asked you to cancel and refund if you hadn't posted' buyer actually said "If you're not posting, just cancel and refund and I'll buy elsewhere" as agreed we were posting on saturday and did post sat. Bizarrely, they now said they want to return? Private feedback??

  THIS SELLER IS TOTALLY DISINGENUOUS. When I asked if my purchase had been posted, they replied that it already had. TOTALLY UNTRUE. Evri timestamp all parcels which shows the parcel hadn't been posted. Seller also promised to send photos beforehand because the item I paid for WAS NOT the one they were intending to send. No photos sent. I requested a cancellation and refund before they posted......this was ignored. BUYERS BEWARE. ......
