  Purchased a actuator system from the seller and received it fairly quickly and before it was expected. When it arrived there was a small problem with one of the cables not working properly so I contacted the seller late that evening well after typical business hours requesting a replacement. By the next morning, arrangements had already been made to get the replacement cable out to me. Nice service!

  Seller advertised priority shipment, but actually shipped ground. I messaged to request they resent priority as I needed the item by a deadline (cross country move). Seller assured me it would arrive by then, despite the USPS tracking showing it would not. When I provided that, the seller agreed to refund my purchase if it arrived after my move. Item did not arrive in time, I provided proof, but the seller then stoped replying to my messages. Had to get eBay to intervene.

  One of the best EBay stores I have dealt with, excellent customer service, they responded to my questions within a couple of minutes every time.
