  There was a problem with the order, but the seller took responsibility and acted promptly despite the hectic nature of the holidays. Their other feedback does not suggest dishonesty either, so I've given them the benefit of the doubt. Ultimately, it was still a streamlined experience from beginning to end, the unfortunate circumstances notwithstanding.
