  The packaging was good enough, was kind of worried because of the item type, but can notice the seller was very careful with it, looks as described and even better, love the glasses, maybe the shipping had some details but was Fedex thing, each time I wrote to the seller I got an answer so I can say was very interested on provide a good service. In the end, this purchase was a good value tradeoff, I feel good advising to buy to this seller.

  The jacket listed wasn't available after purchase due to recent flooding at their warehouse. They apologized and offered a full refund or a replacement that was a different style, but the same size. I was very happy with the replacement offer and accepted it happily. The seller told me they found out the replacement jacket was of a higher value than the original jacket listed, but would still honor the proposition that was made. The jacket shipped soon, and I received it faster than expected!

  The seller was amazing to work with. Reassurances regarding shipping were given; Engaging with this seller was refreshing as they replied in a timely and cordial manner! When the garment arrived, the packaging was secure and reassuring; it even came with a dust bag! The garment was as described, and in better condition than expected. I would most definitely purchase from this seller again! Feedback - more interior pictures of the garments would be useful and great!
