  Absolutely amazing service! echushoo went above and beyond with my order. The backdrop arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and exactly as described. I had a couple of questions before purchasing, and their communication was fast, kind, and super helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.   Shipping good; bag in very good condition. Packaging could have been more robust to protect leather. There was actual dirt (like potting soil) inside of bag which was not disclosed. Was able to remove without staining. Overall positive transaction-happy with item. Recommend seller pay more attention to all details in future transactions.

  Item I purchased arrived with wrong parts and I was unable to use it . Shipping time was good , price was reasonable but didn’t receive items as advertised. Not sure if seller knew this before shipping item or was unaware however they do not take return on items . I do not recommend this seller .

  buyer was give a full refund no question asked once notice it was our mistak and did not need to send the item back.
