  Excellent shipping. This is the 3rd bass I’ve gotten from Echo_hoho with great packaging that comes exactly as described in 2-3 days! The Tario and Gosila fanned fret basses they offer are absolutely great for the value.

  The guitar was shipped immediately and received a day early. It was damaged by the shipping company beyond fixing. After immediately contacting the seller, he shipped me a new one same day with a return label for the damaged one. Service doesn’t get any better than this!

  Great product and price . Communications could be better as this is my second purchase based on previous purchases (5star) however this purchase I received the wrong item and no reply.. it’s a very inconvenient mistake on the sellers part and to correct the situation ie “get what i originally purchased is a hassle!” Going to post positive, hope I hear from the seller and they do the right thing with my wrong purchase.   Good: Seller checked to make sure I noticed advertised defect. Poor: Advertised scale length different in pictures and text description (size off by ~8%). Good: Seller cancelled within 10 hours of request / prompt refund.
