  I am disappointed with the bracelet I received. The item is completely different from what was shown in the pictures. The design, quality, and overall appearance do not match what was advertised. This is MISLEADING and UNACCEPTABLE. I expected to receive the product I PAID for, but this is not the case. Please address this issue immediately

  It’s a colorful and very lovely bracelet. Unfortunately, a tassel fell off of it only a week into owning it. Maybe it was bad luck and I can probably fix it myself. Other than that, the item looks like it’s described in on time .
