  Very good communications and support. The package was delivered to the wrong address by UPS and the seller was excellent, chasing the courier to establish what had gone wrong. UPS were terrible at resolving the problem so the seller shipped a 2nd package to me via a different courier.

  I have been in contact with the company. Without any hassle, they refunded me straight away, which shows they not scammers. It just seems I was unfortunately to receive a faulty one.
