  The item was in good condition mostly and it shipped fairly quickly, however, it was poorly packaged. The item was placed in a box with no wrapping of any kind. The plastic instrument cracked and broke, it should have been placed in bubble wrap or newspaper. I am going to try to glue it back in place-disappointed!

  "New" items were not really described, only pictures of a pile of dirty silverware pulled from storage, with some new/factory bags open, allowing tarnish. One damage/flaw discovered and seller immediately provided a settlement to cover repair. Communication was minimal--3-4 words--with no descriptive detail. Suggest seller learn more about her offerings, especially when attracting high-end collectors.
