  I was very pleased with this seller and the Hand Warmers i purchased from them . The Hand Warmers came well wrapped and individually boxed .They were new and look very good quality for the price .

  This item arrived damaged, drainer tray badly cracked, looks like a manufacturing fault, indicating quality control is not good at source. I contacted seller who responded asking if it was possible for a picture, I responded but have since heard nothing from them. I advised 3 days ago that if I recieved no satisfactory response within 24 hours I would post a telling review.... so , here I am. Disgusting business practice to sell damaged goods and ignore customers . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
